1. General
Our Return Policy sets out the terms and conditions under which we offer refunds or exchanges for virtual products purchased on our website. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy in its entirety.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Request Period: Return requests must be made within 3 business days of purchase.
- Return Conditions: No refunds will be issued once the virtual product has been published to a production domain or if the pre-design has been approved by the client.
- Error Payments: In the event of a payment being made in error, return requests will only be allowed within 3 business days of purchase. If more days have passed, 30% of the amount will be retained as compensation for administrative expenses.
3. Refund Process
- Request: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team at ventas@graphica.pe with the order number and a detailed description of the problem.
- Request Review: We will review your request and notify you of the status of the refund within 10 business days.
- Refund Time: The refund process will take a minimum of 10 business days. The total refund time will also depend on the processing times of each banking entity.
4. Exceptions and Refunds
- Exceptions: In cases of technical defects or errors attributable to the company, which prevent the proper functioning of the product, the possibility of a correction or replacement will be considered, instead of a return.
- Refunds: Refunds will not be issued once the product has been published on a production domain or if the design has been previously approved.
5. Exchanges
Instead of a refund, you may choose to request modifications or adjustments, subject to evaluation and mutual agreement.
