1. We will request all the information, such as the names of the couple, date and time of the main event, location, photos, and any other details specific to the template.

2. Once the information has been reviewed and validated, we will publish the web invitation, allowing you to start sharing it.

This stage may take up to 3 business days after receiving all the information.

1 Design Stage

During this stage, we’ll work with you to capture the essence and style of your event.

We’ll discuss your ideas, references, and preferences in an initial meeting and refine details such as sections, typography, colors, and graphic elements.

Together, we will also design your wedding logo, which you can use in the rest of your stationery.

References are key here! Make sure you have something in mind in order to expedite this process. You can look for inspiration on Pinterest, Freepik, Tiktok or Instagram.

This stage can take between 1 and 2 weeks.

2 Development Stage

In this stage, we’ll transform the approved design into a functional and interactive website, ensuring that all elements work correctly.

After testing and adjustments, we will publish on your final domain. In addition, we will show you how to generate customized links for each guest.

This stage takes 2 weeks.

3. Refund Process

  2. Request Review: We will review your request and notify you of the status of the return within 10 business days.
  3. Refund Time: The refund process will take a minimum of 10 business days. The total refund time will also depend on the processing times of each banking institution.

4. Exceptions and Refunds

  1. Exceptions: In cases of technical defects or errors attributable to us, which prevent the proper functioning of the product, a correction or replacement will be considered, instead of a return.
  2. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued once the product has been published on a production domain or if the design has been previously approved. For payments in error, a 5% retention will be applied if more than 2 business days have passed.

5. Exchanges

Instead of a refund, you may choose to request modifications or adjustments, subject to evaluation and mutual agreement.
